Terms and Conditions


Please read through our terms and conditions before you place an order in our online shop. We abide our terms and conditions in accordance with Swedish law. By placing an order in our webshop, you thereby agree to our terms and conditions as stated here.

All prices are inclusive 25% VAT. Currency for non-Swedish customers are set in EURO.

Nic & Mel reserves the right not to deliver or cancel an order due to technical problems, errors in payment, pricing or in stock.

Domestic Deliveries

Free shipping is applied to all orders within Sweden above 699 SEK. For orders below 300 SEK a flat shipping fee of 69 SEK is applied. Small goods are shipped straight to the customer via PostNord, while larger parcels are shipped to a local delivery point using DHL. Notifications will be sent out by text message or e-mail as soon the package is registered as ready to be picked up. Standard delivery time is between 1-3 working days after order confirmation. For return shipping and exchanges a flat fee of 69 SEK is applied.

International Deliveries

For shipment of orders outside of Sweden, separate shipping fees are applied depending on country or region. Delivery time varies between 3-10 days and parcels are managed and delivered by domestic postal or courier services. For return shipping and exchanges a flat rate equal to the original shipping fee is applied.

For international Buyers we use PayPal and payment by Credit Card. No additional payment fee is applied.

For Swedish Buyers we use Klarna Checkout. Here you can pay with credit card, invoice or Klarna Direct. No additional fee is applied for payments.

If an invoice is paid after the due date, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be applied.

If the ordered parcel is not picked up in time and automatically returned, a fee of 250 SEK will be incurred, to cover the return costs of the sender.


Nic & Mel provides a general one year warranty for all our products, limited to manufacturing defects, including stitching and adhesives binding. In order to report a warranty issue, please contact us at customer@nicandmel.com

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or force majeure.
  • Defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidents, (such as knocks, dents, crushing, falling) or unjustifiable repair or modification.
  • Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to regular wear and tear and age (such as scratches, worn leather and stains).

Return Policy

You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days, in accordance to Swedish law. The period of right to withdrawal of the purchase begins the same day as your parcel is collected or received.

The rules and conditions for a full refund are that the purchased item is returned unused and in it’s original package, including any hangtags, which are not to be removed from the item. It is also important that the purchased item is well packed when you return it to us, since it is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you have ordered for more then 299 sek freight cost is free, but  if you return you order (except reclamations) then we will charge you 69 sek for freight.

Upon returning your purchase we kindly ask you to contact our customer service via customer@nicandmel.com, in order for us to send you a return shipping label via e-mail. We recommend that you use this return label to make the parcel trackable, in order to securely follow it until it reaches us. The cost for return shipping within Sweden is 69 SEK and for international returns the cost equals the cost of original delivery. This cost will be deducted when your purchased item is refunded. Refunds are concluded only after the item have been inspected by us.

Please note, Nic & Mel don not take any responsibility for third party handling of returns. Refunds are not issued in case of items lost or damaged during return transport.

Alternatively, you may chose to pay for the return yourself, but if you do, please remember that the item being returned is your responsibility during the entire transport and until it reaches us.

Upon exchange of purchased items, the same fee as for returns are applied.

Upon registration and ordering in our webshop you approve Nic & Mel AB to store and use the personal information you share with us, in accordance with Swedish law, solely in relation to the company’s given operations and in order to fulfill our obligations towards you as our customer. Nic & Mel AB commits to protect your personal information in accordance to Swedish law and to only use the information while handling orders and to offer relevant marketing via e-mail and text messages. Nic & Mel AB assures their customers that collected personal information will not be passed on, exchanged with or published by any third party.
